1. Services Description
Japanese Oil Massage provides professional massage therapy services utilizing traditional Japanese techniques and high-quality natural oils. Our services include various massage modalities, all performed by certified therapists in a professional, hygienic environment.
We reserve the right to modify our service offerings, pricing, and availability at any time without prior notice, though confirmed bookings will be honored at the agreed-upon rate.
2. Booking & Appointments
Reservations
Appointments can be booked through our website, by phone, or in person. A valid credit card or deposit may be required to secure your booking. You will receive a confirmation via email or SMS upon successful booking.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance: Full refund or rescheduling at no charge
- Cancellations within 12-24 hours: 50% cancellation fee applies
- Cancellations less than 12 hours or no-shows: Full service charge applies
- We understand emergencies occur—please contact us as soon as possible in exceptional circumstances
Late Arrivals
Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to complete any necessary paperwork and begin your session promptly. Late arrivals may result in shortened session times at full price, as we must respect subsequent clients' appointments.
3. Client Responsibilities
By using our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate health information and disclose any conditions that may affect your massage
- Inform your therapist of any discomfort during the session
- Maintain appropriate hygiene standards
- Respect our therapists and facility—harassment or inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of service
- Not be under the influence of alcohol or drugs during your appointment
4. Health & Safety
For your safety and ours, we do not provide services to individuals with certain conditions including, but not limited to:
- Contagious skin conditions or infections
- Acute fever or illness
- Severe cardiovascular conditions (without physician clearance)
- Recent surgery or acute injuries (without physician clearance)
We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe it would be unsafe or inappropriate. Pregnant clients should inform us when booking, as specialized techniques are required.
5. Payment & Pricing
All prices are listed in Japanese Yen (JPY) unless otherwise stated. Payment is due at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made. We accept cash, credit cards, and selected digital payment methods.
Gift certificates and packages are non-refundable but may be transferable with prior notice. Promotional offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
6. Privacy & Confidentiality
Your privacy is paramount. All consultations and treatments are strictly confidential. Our Privacy Policy details how we handle your personal information.
7. Liability Limitation
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Japanese Oil Massage shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Japanese Oil Massage and its therapists from any claims arising from your failure to disclose relevant health information or your violation of these Terms.

9. Modifications to Terms
